Plain English, no lawyering. This covers this website and the Everyday Victory app.
Prayer requests
If you send a prayer request, we store what you wrote, plus your name and contact details if you chose to give them. You can leave both blank. Requests are read by church staff and prayed over. They are never published, never read aloud without your permission, and never sold or shared with anyone outside the church.
Church at Home requests
If you ask to join or start a Church at Home, we store your name, contact details and ZIP code so a person can get back to you. Group hosts’ addresses, emails and phone numbers are never shown publicly in the app — the church makes the introduction.
The app
Everyday Victory stores which devotionals you have marked as read on your own phone, not on our servers. We record anonymous counts — an app was opened, a devotional was completed — using a random ID that is not linked to your name, email or phone. If you search for a group by ZIP code, that ZIP is used to calculate distance and is not stored against you.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your information. Ever.
- We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.
- We do not require an account, a login, or your real name to read anything.
- We do not track your location. The app only uses a ZIP code you type in yourself.
Facebook and Instagram
The church uses a private tool to write and schedule its own posts to its own Facebook Page and Instagram account. It reads and posts only the church’s own content. It does not access your Facebook or Instagram account, your friends, your messages, or anything belonging to anyone visiting this site.
Deleting your information
Ask and it is removed. Email daniellelemons@gmail.com or call the church on 615-861-6400 and say what you would like deleted. No forms, no waiting period.
Children
The app and site are meant for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If a child has sent us something, contact us and we will delete it.
